补 1.9.0 的更新说明（CHANGELOG 里一直缺这一节）

发行版说明是从 _build/CHANGELOG.md 里按版本号取那一节的，
而里面最新一节还停在 1.8.2 —— 也就是说如果直接发 1.9.0，
发行版说明会**错用 1.8.2 的内容**（read_changelog 取不到就退回第一节）。

顺手把 _tests/out_app/*.class 这类编译中间产物加进 .gitignore，
它们本来就不该进版本库。
